1.Two players, one after another place these
signs on the squares of an empty game-board, which consists of 3 horizontal and
3 vertical lines.
2.A winning player is the one, who builds the first "three-in-a-row" (an unbroken
horizontal, vertical or diagonal line with 3 signs).
